Lucian's Call can easily rip through enemies combining its unique feature and extremely fast fire rate. It's probably one of the best Assault Rifles in the game right now.

When you do a critical with Lucian's Call, 2 bullets will return to your magazine & 2 additional bullets will spawn to hit an enemy. This unique feature easily makes it a strong weapon on any character.
Fast Fire Rate, High Recoil
Lucian's Call's fire rate becomes faster the longer you hold the trigger. However, this is balanced by its high recoil, requiring actively controlling your aim when shooting.
Can Spawn As Elemental Weapon
This weapon will have a chance to spawn as an elemental variant. With elemental damage, you will be able to deal damage over time, obliterate shields, and melt armor among other things!

Random World Drop
This weapon is a random world drop, meaning that you may be able to get it from defeating enemies, opening loot chests, or even from slot machines! However, below are some ways for you to easily farm legendary weapons.

The Graveward is a great high level farming boss as it has a high probability of dropping Legendary Loot. Make sure to equip the Porcelain Pipe Bomb Grenade Mod as it can quickly decimate the Graveward's health!
Farm the Chupacabratch
The Chupacabratch is a Legendary Hunt objective that you complete for Hammerlock. Due to how easy it is to defeat, you can keep reloading the game and defeating it in order for it to drop a legendary.
Farm Loot Tinks
Loot Tinks are a great way for you to score Legendary Loot! Defeating them will initially drop several items. You must then interact with their bags to open them up and possibly spawn a legendary weapon!
NOTE: Please note that due to the Sep 19 Patch, chances of dropping legendaries have been lowered.

Rare Tradable Item Found in Skywell 27
The Loot-o-Gram is a rare tradable item that looks very similar to an Eridium, but instead can be used to exchange for a weapon.
Can Only Be Dropped By Dinkle-Bot
This item can only be dropped by the rare spawn Dinkle-Bot enemy found in Skywell 27 on Promethea.

Dinkle-Bot Location Map
Dinkle-Bot will have a chance to spawn in the marked location on the map. Note that this enemy is a rare spawn, & will not always be found at that location.

The Fastest way you can farm the Dinkle-Bot is to first accessing the nearest New-U station, and running to the spawn point before resetting.
Electric & Corrosive Weapons Recommended
Dinkle-Bot is protected with a shield and have armored health. It can also summon other mobs to assist him. Bringing a Electric / Corrosive weapon is recommended.
Return to Main Menu After Defeating Dinkle-Bot
After defeating or not being able to spawn the Dinkle-Bot, Simply quit the game & return to your main menu, restart your save again to start back at the closest New-U station for another run.
How to Use The Loot-o-Gram
Tradable at Crazy Earl's on Sanctuary III
Once you have your Loot-o-Grams ready to be redeemed, bring it back to Crazy Earl's on Sanctuary III. He will have an extra option which allows you to trade your Loot-o-Grams.

If you have more than one Loot-o-Grams, they can all be traded at once upon selecting the option
Has Chance to Drop Legendaries
Crazy Earl will most often reward you with common item, but has a chance to give you with powerful legendary weapons & items as well! This method is another way of farming rare items aside from farming enemies.
